Niles-Centerville Baseball: Fall Ball 2022  

  

We are excited to announce that Registration is now open for the 2022 Fall Ball Season. Fall Ball is a great opportunity for girls and boys 4-16 years old to continue to build skills and teamwork in a season that is focused on player development. Fall Ball is also the perfect time to try baseball out for the first time. The Fall Ball Season will run from September 10th to November 5th with weekly practices and games. The registration fee is 100$ for all levels, which will include jerseys and hats for the players. We have also streamlined the document upload process to make things easier to get started.  

Before any on-field activities, you will need to upload the following documents to the website.   

ALL documents will need to be signed and uploaded to your registration account. Please visit and log back in at: www.ncll.us to upload all documents. There are specific places to upload each required document. Refer to this guide on how to upload documents.  

The following documents are required:  

1. Birth certificate (unless your player has played with NCLL previously and you have previously submitted one)  

2. THREE Proof of Residency Documents from Groups I, II, and III  

OR  

Completed School Enrollment Form (only required once, until a change in school occurs)  

3. Signed Little League Medical Release Form 

4. Signed Concussion Information Sheet (player and parent required to sign)  

5. Signed Sudden Cardiac Arrest Form (player and parent required to sign)  

6. Signed Opioid Fact Sheet Parent and Player Acknowledgement
